• POWER: the hand hammer is a high weight riveter. Used initially by mechanics, who are looking for both power and precision. The edges are nevertheless chamfered more sharply to avoid any risk of glare. CHARACTERISTICS: high carbon steel head C45E. Forged head, with induction heat treatment of working surfaces (54 HRC). Working parts finely polished. Epoxy powder paint by electrostatic process, followed by baking. Chamfer 1 / 20th of the head at 45 °. Failure across. HANDLE: pressed by a hydraulic machine, a force sensor measures on each product unitarily the power of fitting, then a pressure sensor controls the placement of the resin. Pullout performance is much higher than standard and is the hallmark of MOB tooling. 3 rounds offered: ash, light and economical, hickory, dense and vibration-absorbing wood, carbon unbreakable composite handle quad-material, with an unbreakable fiberglass core and 2 carbon fiber bars, anti-vibration polypropylene and an elastomer over-injection for the grip.
