Description
• Used initially by mechanics in Germany were looking for an especially strong hammer. High carbon steel head C45E. Forged head with induction-treated working surfaces (54 HRC). Working parts finely polished. Epoxy powder paint by electrostatic process, followed by baking. Chamfer 1 / 20th of the head at 45 °. Conical fitting made by a hydraulic machine. A stress sensor measures on each product the power of the fitting, then a pressure sensor controls the installation of the resin. High performance. Unbreakable handle made of 3 components: glass fibres, anti-vibration polypropylene and an elastomer for an optimal grip.
