Silicon 51CRV4: excellent mechanical strength. Hot forged for a higher resistance and better form. Hardened (heat treatment) by selective induction on the work side: resistant, sharp cutting edge 52-58 HRC. Can be reground. Extremely high performance. Epoxy finish (treatment in oven - top not included). Flat handle: better grip. Does not turn in the hand.
