• USE For small forms. 10 mm square section, ideal for holding rulers or small forms. FORGED VALET Hot-forged valet, for a 100% forged peg. Strike zone. Base section: 10.5 mm. TIP So-called barleycorn tip: 35° angle of attack, 11° penetration angle. Hardening localized over 80 mm then tempering operation for high hardness of the working parts (50-56 HrC). Excellent attack even in difficult terrain and great longevity. QUALITY OF STEEL Steel with a high carbon content: C45 for the jack, C55 for the tip. The forging operation makes it possible to obtain an excellent fibering of the steel for increased resistance. Point sharpness, very good performance and excellent life. QUALITY OF FINISH Textured paint, epoxy, electrostatically applied and baked. Evenness of the paint surface. Surface impact and abrasion resistance. Made in Europe in our factories
