Description
• High quality vice. Forged and hardened steel, unbreakable. HIGH RESISTANCE: countersunk and induction-hardened clamping jaws (52-58 HRC). Adjustable. Forged base. Round shape, prevents injuries. Extra wide opening with a guide rail. PRECISION: measuring scale. Torque wrench for controlled tightening. Large hardened steel anvil (50-56 HRC) for straightening and upsetting works. OPTIONAL: possibility to add gripping jaws (from 120mm). TWO TIGHTENING DEVICES: for twice more efficiency. The vices of the Durlach range, Magnat and Magnat Tube, are fitted with 2 tightening devices: use of a removable sliding handle or use of the exclusive MDS device that enables the vice tightening with a ratchet wrench (1/2” square). Easy clamping, also for especially bulky pieces and even in difficult positions. The thread is protected from any kind of contamination.
