Description
Initially used by mechanics looking for a heavy hammer that is both powerful and precise. C45E high-carbon steel head. Forged head with induction heat treatment of the working surfaces (54 HRC). Electrostatic epoxy powder coating followed by oven baking. Chamfer 1/20th of the head at 45°. Red ring identifying Mob hammers with wooden handles. Registered design. European ash handle: supple mechanical behaviour, contributing in particular to whipping and vibration absorption. PEFC certification (wood from sustainably managed forests). Laser-marked on the front, a durable, top-of-the-range mark. Each product is fitted by a hydraulic machine. A force sensor measures the fitting power on each product, then a pressure sensor controls the resin installation. Pull-out performance is much higher than the norm and is the hallmark of MOB outillage.
