0137HAMMER BEVELLED EDGES - CARBON HANDLE
Description
• Flat heads, shot angles. Straight fitting, identical to a hammer. The top of the handle is pushed by a hydraulic machine in the head, and a force sensor measures on each product the power of fitting. A resin seals the assembly. The tearing performance is much higher than the standards. High carbon steel head C45E. Forged head, with induction heat treatment of working surfaces (54 HRC). Working parts finely polished. Chamfers to avoid any risk of glare. Epoxy powder paint by electrostatic process, followed by baking. Four-material carbon composite handle, with an unbreakable fiberglass core and 2 carbon fiber bars, anti-vibration polypropylene and an elastomer over-injection for the grip.
