- Internationally recognized Vallorbe quality. Ceramic fibre file with alternating crystal structure. Their alternating structure gives them an increased longevity. Two ceramic fibre structures. The tool can be used on the tip as well as on the side. APPLICATION Can be used by hand or on pneumatic, electric or ultrasonic machines. On all types of materials below 57 HRC. Does not scratch the workpiece as the tool does not form abrasive particles and leaves a uniform surface. Very flexible, this product offers very good resistance, without breaking or cracking. Does not jam. Does not produce any grinding residue. Fully usable. TYPE OF APPLICATIONS Finishing of moulds and stamps, and micro-polishing in precision work, e.g. in electronics. This product ensures perfect polishing of all surfaces roughened by erosion treatment. Suitable for deburring end mills, without danger of damaging the lips. Ideal for hard-to-reach areas. Refining of surfaces. Pre-Polishing. Precision Adjustment. Deburring. Bevelling. Flank finishing. Ideal for precise polishing work on flat, curved, narrow areas and different shapes.
