0002HAND HAMMER CARBON HANDLE
Description
Initially used by mechanics looking for both power and precision. C45E high-carbon steel head. Forged head with induction heat treatment of the working surfaces (54 HRC). Finely polished working parts. Electrostatic epoxy powder coating followed by oven baking. Head chamfered 1/20th to 45°. Crosswise purlin. Hydraulic press-fitting machine, with a force sensor measuring the press-fit power of each individual product, followed by a pressure sensor to check that the resin is in place. Pull-out performance is much higher than the norm and is the hallmark of MOB outillage. Four-material Carbon composite handle, with an unbreakable fibreglass core and 2 carbon fibre rods, anti-vibration polypropylene and an elastomer over-injection for grip. A dry, precise hit. Arguably the best hammer in the world.
